rr 535

Most of the information on Rough Rider Rigging knives can be found on the entery for the RR 577 knife. I owned that one first. This is basically the same knife but with amber jigged bone scales and an anchor shield. All in all I'm very pleased with this knife. The anchor shield is a nice touch. From the Rough Rider numbering systeme, I assume this was the earliest production rigger they made. They got it right from the get go. Very nice fit and finish. Good tight blade and spike. Easy to open but it stays in place. In all, Rough Rider has made four riggers in this pattern. Hopefully they will expand in their nautical themed knives and offer more variety than just different scales and shields.
